Could our mentors just find clients on their own ? Sure. But they've got busy schedules performing at the professional level. By leaving the networking, scheduling, and marketing to us these guys have more time to focus on their craft. Sales? These guys sell themselves. Any one who has been approved as a minor league mentor has been intentionally chosen as a positive impact and good leader on the next generation.
Our clients already have it within them to be inspired, it's up to us to bring that inspiration to life through one on one connections with great high level athletes. We understand the power of inspiration. That is why we founded this company.
We founded this business after realizing the inspiration is already there...it just needs to be harnessed. So that is our job, to harness the inspiration. How do we do that ? At Impact Athletes we are the bridge between high level athletes and youth athletes.
The bridge needs to be sturdy. And So we engineered it to be just that. Being a mentor for younger athletes is a HUGE responsibility and we treat it accordingly. All of our mentors are VETTED, and we have a system that reflects our understand of how big of a responsibility our mentors have.
1) We meet with you, the parent to discuss values and what is important and how we can best be a positive impact on your kid
2) we have an ongoing open line of communication with y'all to make sure if there is anything we can do to improve, we do. We know we won't get it perfect, but we have a process that is designed to make the best matches for athletes based on intake forms.
In other words we know our own athletes inside and out, and who they are. And through our intake process we get to know you so that we can make beneficial connections.
